1. This e-shop has no association to eBay or eBay purchases.  You are buying direct from IM-SOFT.
2. All items are digital download only there is no physical media (CD\DVD) sent to your address.  This makes the items cheaper than on eBay.
3. PayPal is the only method of payment available for this, e-cheques are not accepted.
4. Due to the nature of the item and delivery there are no refunds for these transactions.
5. As there are no refunds please make sure that you contact us if you have any questions.
